You are not alone!

When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we are transformed into a new creature.

2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”

This transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a process that happens little by little as we surrender our lives to Jesus and allow Him to work in us. As we grow in our relationship with Him, we start to see changes in our thoughts, attitudes, and actions. We become more patient, kinder, and self-controlled. We become more like Jesus. And that’s the goal of transformation – to become more like Christ so that we reflect His light and love to a lost and broken world.

What is Transformation?

Transformation is a word that is thrown around a lot these days. We talk about transformation in our physical appearance, our careers, and our relationships. But what does it really mean to be transformed?

The dictionary defines transformation as “a complete or major change in someone’s or something’s appearance, form, etc.” When we talk about transformation in relation to our faith, we are talking about a change that is so complete and so major that it can only be the work of God. And that is exactly what transformation is: the work of God in our lives.

2 Corinthians 5:17 also mentions “The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” In Christ, we are made new creatures; we are transformed. This transformation is not just a change in our behavior or our outlook; it is a complete change in who we are.

When we receive Jesus into our hearts and allow Him to transform us, we are changed from the inside out. We become new creations, and everything about us is different. So how does this transformation take place? How does Jesus change us? There are many ways, but one of them is by his Spirit living in us.
